We tailor our payroll processing services to the needs of each client. There is flexibility in how the payroll can be submitted unlike some payroll providers that require the employers submit the hours themselves online. In those cases, the employer is virtually processing the payroll themselves. We will accept new employee data, submission for hours, salary changes via email, fax or telephone. The paychecks can be processed via direct deposit, printed check or by sending the employer the pay stubs and they can pay the employees the net amount of the check directly.
Each client’s employees have the option to have online access to view pay stubs and reports through their own login. We also help our clients with timesheets, employment & labor law posters, updating them on the latest federal and state laws regarding vacation, sick pay as well as other paid time off laws. While we are not human resource experts, we have partnered with one of the top human resource consulting companies in the country and are able to provide an abundant amount of accurate information as well as further referrals to other professionals in the industry. As a result of years in the industry, we have reliable contacts regarding visa application and attorneys.
We electronically submit all payroll taxes to the IRS and the state (if applicable). All required IRS and state reports are also prepared and submitted electronically including but not limited to: IRS quarterly 941, 940, W-2, W-3 forms and CA DE9, DE9C.
A key benefit to our payroll processing services is all of the services mentioned above are billed for a flat monthly fee. There aren’t hidden costs or any unexpected bills and our rates are extremely competitive. There is a one-time setup fee and the monthly fee structure is determined by the amount of employees so as your business grows, so the payroll processing fee increases in predetermined increments. No surprises, just great service for a reasonable flat rate.
